Lupin Cottage has been recently renovated and now has a brand new kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Lupin Cottage has an open log fire in the sitting room with television and video and has been described by previous tenants as "a gem".

The Ground Floor

On the ground floor you will find a cloakroom (with WC and wash basin), the newly fitted kitchen, the dining room with dining table, chairs and comfortable sofa for that pre dinner drink, sitting room with working open fire and comfortable sofas and a door to the staircase.

The First Floor

On the first floor we have three bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second double bedroom with standard double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds.

The bathroom has a bath, WC, wash basin and hand held shower.

Out and About

The cottage is situated in the heart of the village which has a pub, two hotels, a post office and the famous Bibury Trout Farm, where you can catch your own fish.

There are stunning walks from the cottage to nearby villages such as Coln St Aldwyns which has an award winning pub.

Cirencester, the historic Roman town and "Capital of the Cotswolds" is nearby with the Corinium Museum, interesting shops, craft markets and a twice weekly "charter market" in the Market Place.

Cheltenham and Oxford are also within easy driving distance where you will find fine theatres and sightseeing opportunities.

Also nearby, there are opportunities to ride, play golf and tennis. Sailing and water skiing are available at the nearby Cotswold Water Park and the pet friendly Cotswold Wildlife Park near Burford is approximately 6 miles away.
