Chipping Campden also marks the starting point of the Cotswold Way National Trail, which dissects this glorious countryside, passing pretty hamlets and villages along the way. Dovers Hill National Trust land is a fine afternoon walk where you can enjoy views across to the Malvern’s and Vale of Evesham.

For a more cultural visit Stratford-upon-Avon is within easy reach, and Cheltenham, home to the popular racecourse and literary festival.
