A lovely, detached, ground floor barn conversion located close to the River Severn between the villages of Minsterworth and Westbury-on-Severn, close to the Royal Forest of Dean. Comfortably furnished throughout, the cottage is ideal for a small family or friends. With all the accommodation being on the ground floor, this cottage has a spacious open plan living area with a vaulted ceiling and doors opening onto the rear patio.
There is also a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable sitting area with a warming woodburning stove.Outside, there is a rear patio with views over the fields beyond, where you can sit and relax with a morning coffee or dine alfresco whilst planning your activities for the next day.
The thriving village of Westbury-on-Severn has an excellent pub, village store and National Trust property and there are many walks from the doorstep of the cottage, with the Gloucestershire Way and Severn Way running close by. Enjoy the many activities on offer in and around the forest, the riverside town of Gloucester, racing at Chepstow or the pretty market towns of Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth.
